About The Client
Gifting With Sol is a unique Texas based Food & Beverage company selling local spicy foods, souvenirs and apparels. Under their brand name “So El Paso”, they showcase the love of their South Texas town, El Paso. With a Point Of Sale store for tourists, an Ecommerce site, and a new Corporate gifting arm, the company wants to build a scalable and process-driven marketing ecosystem.
Challenges
1. Fragmented lead management
The client has multiple sales avenues that are vastly different from each other – They have a local store in El Paso, an Ecommerce portal through Shopify and Corporate orders placed through Quickbooks. With separate portals to manage three verticals, new leads follow-ups, customer activity and inventory management posed a big challenge.
2. Loss of Leads
No follow-up action was planned for warm leads coming from the three verticals. As a result many hot prospects went cold. What could be converted to sales didn’t result into anything?
3. Expensive & redundant marketing tool
With more than five platforms to manage different activities, the client was paying through the roof on monthly subscriptions. These channels were disconnected with each other and data management became a huge concern.
Solution
1. One App for all marketing functions
Instead of five apps, we’ve consolidated the activities under Zoho One. Instead of using Klaviyo for Email Marketing, Pipedrive for CRM, Hootsuite for Social, Squarespace for landing page, we integrated and substituted with
Zoho Apps.
2. Consolidated Lead generation forms
Creating a funnel for leads is critical to the success of a campaign. We updated and connected all forms of the website, flowing into CRM. The data segments are based on the form type so that the messages can be personalized.
3. Centralized Data management hub
Zoho CRM and Campaigns act as centralized hub of customer data. From lead activity to customer transaction, the interactions are recorded under his profile.
4. Define Automated Workflows
An action based workflow sends personalized messages based on the user action and keeps them connected with the brand.
