1. Custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management System):
The client had a requirement to maintain two distinct processes for their two primary services. This necessitated the customization of pipeline steps to incorporate new stages. Additionally, they were struggling to optimize Salesforce features for their lead generation process.

2. Cost Reduction for Subscriptions:
While Salesforce is one of the leading sales applications, the client faced challenges due to the absence of expert guidance and the increasing costs associated with using some features. They wanted to switch to an easy-to-use and customizable CRM.

3. Managing Multiple Platforms:
The client had not yet integrated their CRM with other essential business applications. They required an integration partner to streamline data for email marketing, implement an easily learnable CRM, and ensure effective utilization.

Solution

1. Data Migration
We facilitated the seamless migration of their data from Salesforce to the CRM, preserving all tags, native information, and client notes. Within Zoho applications, we connected Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns to facilitate the sharing of data for email marketing.

2. Tailored CRM Implementation:
We customized the input fields for Leads, Contacts, and Accounts modules, aligning them with their sales pipeline cycle. To ensure accurate data capture and storage additional fields were incorporated, automation templates were created, and tags were assigned.

3. App Integration and Email Automation:
To improve efficiency with pre-existing apps, we connected their Calendly account and Zoom app with Zoho CRM. Bookings on Calendly reflect in their CRM with the required tags. An Email automation fires follow-up emails to the leads, smoothening the lead nurturing process.
