1. Data Migration
We facilitated the seamless migration of their data from Salesforce to the CRM, preserving all tags, native information, and client notes. Within Zoho applications, we connected Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns to facilitate the sharing of data for email marketing.
2. Tailored CRM Implementation
We customized the input fields for Leads, Contacts, and Accounts modules, aligning them with their sales pipeline cycle. To ensure accurate data capture and storage additional fields were incorporated, automation templates were created, and tags were assigned.
3. App Integration and Email Automation
To improve efficiency with pre-existing apps, we connected their Calendly account and Zoom app with Zoho CRM. Bookings on Calendly reflect in their CRM with the required tags. An Email automation fires follow-up emails to the leads, smoothening the lead nurturing process.
