Private Eyes has been doing Background Checks for 22 years. Although actively creating content for a long time, they were unsuccessful in generating business enquires using digital tools. Without a well-defined plan, their digital marketing activity was not showing tangible results.

Starting with a six-month strategy, our first challenge was to import a large list into an email marketing program. This required intensive clean-up of old email addresses, segregation of lists based on audience engagement levels, and setting up measurable email campaigns.

In order to create a steady stream of Leads for the Client’s sales team, we designed and published bi-weekly email campaigns. Further, we integrated the landing pages with Zoho CRM to capture and house customer data in one place.

By segmenting the audience list, we were able to personalize content based on customers’ engagement levels. We have been able to scale up to reach half a million prospects every month.
