About The Client

Wade Ray & Associates Construction, Inc. is a Commercial General Contractor in New Jersey, serving the Tri-state area since 1976. They specialize in first-class new builds and renovations. They are a LEED-certified organization and a Tier 1 Diverse Supplier, certified with the Women’s Business Enterprise, National Chapter.

Challenges

1. Hard to Change the old ways:
Many team members were resistant to engaging with social media and didn’t see value initially.

2. Lack of Brand Recall:
No internal communication sent to existing clients to follow company updates and news. Great care was needed to develop content for the newsletter that aligned with the company’s brand without divulging any confidential or conflicting information and met the expectations of company executives.

3. New Projects Portfolio:
No place to showcase the ongoing projects, connecting people involved to contribute and share.

The website was not connected to any analytics tool, providing no insights into the impact of digital outreach efforts.

1. LinkedIn Training:
We led training sessions for the company leadership team on the importance of LinkedIn and how to best engage with the platform. Over time, the team began to engage more effectively, leading to higher post engagement. Collectively contributing to the growth of content on Wade Ray’s LinkedIn company page.
