MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

Pure Design Solution is a New York-based digital marketing agency, driving demand generation through integrated marketing strategy and solutions for growth-focused companies.

This role will be responsible for overseeing all client-related marketing automation integrations, analysis of the marketing data (coming from multiple channels) to expand our audience-targeting capabilities, and developing strategies for creating smart segmentations to run account-based marketing campaigns.

The right candidate will have a good knowledge of marketing automation and data analytics best practices, as well as a broad experience of digital marketing techniques.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, and implementation of various solutions in Marketing Automation, particularly using Zoho Applications, HubSpot, Zapier. Email Solution providers like MailChimp, Klaviyo and Analytical tools like Google Analytics.
  • Assist in managing the overall MarTech operations, troubleshooting, daily channel health and performance, and take ownership of process improvement
  • Work with the team to analyze specifications for new marketing automation requests from clients, including email campaigns, multi-channel marketing, and managing Journeys across multiple products
  • Design and develop the Marketing Automation Journeys across all supported channels per best practices – Drip campaigns, lead nurturing flows.
  • Assist in integration of different marketing and business applications to create a one-stop marketing hub. Bring efficiency and cost-optimization by suggesting the best possible solution to combine and integrate data.
  • Create data/ audience sets, profiles and segmentation based on business requirements.
  • Use data segments to create Account-based marketing campaigns to drive effective lead management for B2B businesses.
  • Produce marketing automation intelligence and analytics, perform A/B tests, and demonstrate ways to optimize future campaigns and communications
  • Track, measure and analyze website traffic patterns and online customer behaviors, recommend changes based on noted trends in data and behaviors
  • Analyze audience segments and determine which audience segment is more responsive, which campaign is most successful, and be able to communicate this from a statistical perspective, backed by data

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years’ customer marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, analytics and/or other relevant experience
  • Automated marketing campaign management using cloud technology (i.e. Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Extracting data from databases by writing the query code to join relevant tables and data
  • Performed analysis (A/B testing, multivariate testing) and utilized data analytics to drive marketing and product strategies
  • Tableau or any Business Intelligence tool
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation, Lead Management/Demand Generation, and Lifecycle or Growth Marketing concepts
  • Background in Customer Experience design/strategy and/or journey mapping highly desired
  • Knowledge of/ Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
