Juntrax is a Cloud based office management solution, aimed at supporting small to mid size staffing and recruiting companies with their employee and timesheet management.

To enter a highly competitive and saturated market, Juntrax was in need of a clear differentiator that would make them stand out and acquire new customers for their solution.

Instead of jumping straight into execution, we began with competitor analysis to understand current landscape and product price points. Our ‘Go-to-market’ plan set out to position the Client in a unique way, filling gap in customer’s mind and creating a niche market for the brand’s services.
