TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITOR ANALYSIS OFFER

 

PDS is providing a special offer of ‘Free Competitor Analysis’ assessment to companies once they sign up and download the competitor analysis guide through our email campaign of Jan 22, 2019. The free assessment offer is valid only till Jan 31st, 2019. Email notifications received after the expiry date do not qualify for the free assessment.

 

Terms of usage are:

  1. The offer is applicable only on a registered company online property. A registered company is one that is registered to do business in product or services using online tools like website. Company registration/title papers and an official email address is needed to verify the details.
  2. The business should be able to provide two valid competitors to conduct the assessment.
  3. The assessment cannot be conducted on an individual’s blog, private or personal website.
  4. The business should have a registered domain name for a minimum of 3 years to authenticate the data and web authority.
  5. Any spam and fishy websites will not qualify for this offer. PDS reserves the right to reject the free assessment with the business fails to meet the criteria.
  6. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and applies only on one online business property.
  7. The offer involves a free assessment that will be submitted to the business in form of a report for their usage after the assessment is completed. PDS will maintain rights to the report unless otherwise negotiated.
  8. Pure Design Solution reserves the right to cancel or amend their offer and the terms and conditions without notice to customers anytime during the campaign.
  9. The current online offer is valid till Jan. 31, 2019. Beyond that day the offer becomes invalid to all parties involved. Any email request received after the expiry date doesn’t qualify for the offer.
  10. In case of a dispute in regards to this offer, Pure Design Solution’s decision will be considered final and cannot be disputed. It is not liable to any kind of financial settlement from Pure Design Solution.
